On 25 Feb 23 Central Region MACVs led by Honsec visited Ong Ink King at UMMC where Ng Thiam Yew presented him with Get Well Angpow. On 18 Apr 23 Northern Chapter Committee Members and wife's visited Lawrence Phoon at GH Penang. On 20 Apr 23 Honsec visited Mah Yoo Khean at his residence at Setia Alam, Selangor and presented him with Get Well Angpow. On 23 Apr 23 Central Region MACVs visited Ng Siew Hong at IJN and and presented him with Get Well Angpow. On 24 Apr 23 MACVs led by President Dato' Lee visited Peter Yeow at his residence and presented him with Get Well Angpow. The MACVs have taken time off to visit their fellow colleagues, cheering them up and wishing them well. This small gesture shows great camaraderie and comradeship among MACVA members. MACVA Hospital Bed Assistance To FSgt Ong Lay Kiat RMAF

FSgt Ong Lay Kiat RMAF 77 yrs from Taman Cemerlang Ampang, Ipoh was admitted to GH Ipoh on 2 Apr 23 for dengue. Ipoh MACVs Wong KY, Leong ST and Su BP visited him at GH Ipoh Wad 6C on 7 Apr 23. Leong ST presented him with Get Well Angpow during the visit. Mdm Ong requested MACVA for assistance of a Hospital Bed to be used by Bro Ong upon discharged. She was instructed by Medical Officers attending to Bro Ong to prepare the facilities at home. Subsequently on 8 Apr 23, a Hospital Bed from Batu Gajah was delivered to Bro Ong residence in Ipoh. He was discharged from GH Ipoh on 12 Apr 23 and we wish him a speedy recovery at home. We would like to thank Ooi Kah Biew for his assistance in providing storage for the Hospital Bed in Batu Gajah.

On 15 Feb 23 Northern Chapter Leong Swee Teng and Tham Ken Wah visited John Chu Tee Khiang at his resident in Sg Petani. He is recovering after being discharged from Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim on 22 Jan 23. Leong Swee Teng presented him with Get Well Angpow during the visit. On 19 Feb 23 NC MACVs led by Ng Chor Huat visited Tan WP at his resident. He is recovering from a stroke that he had suffered. Khoo Beng Chua presented him with Get Well Angpow during the visit. In Kuala Lumpur Mary Koh visited Tye Swee Liew at Kepong Park City Hospital and presented her with Get Well Angpow. She is recovering from a surgery. The MACVs have taken time off to visit their fellow colleagues, cheering them up and wishing them well. This small gesture shows great camaraderie and comradeship among MACVA members. On 6 Jan 23 Northern Chapter MACVs led by Tham Ken Wah visited John Chua Tee Kiang at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim Sg Petani. During the visit Chan Peng Kong presented him with get Well Angpow. On 18 Jan 23, Central MACVs led by Steven Liew visited Mak LC at his residence and presented Brand's Chicken Essence. On 28 Jan 23, Anthony Au visited Charles Mok at Gleneagle Hospital and presented him with Get Well Angpow. On 30 Jan 23, Central MACVs led by President Dato' Lee Kwang Lock visited Chua Eng Lye at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre and presented get Well Angpow. Present were VP Army Carol Loo, Godfrey Chang and John Soon.

On 31 Jan 23, Ipoh Chapter MACVs led by Wong Kwai Yinn Tang Choo Hoo at his residence in Taman Pangkalan Jaya, Ipoh and Tan Peng Khuan at My Place Convalescent Home, Ipoh. Leong Swee Thin present MACVA Get Well Angpow to Tan CH and Good Luck CNY Angpow to Tan PK. At Kuala Lumpur, Ng Yew Teng visited Tan Tin Onn at HAT Tuanku Mizan and presented him with Get Well Angpow. Medical Equipments Assistance To Chua Eng Lye

On 9 Dec 22, successfully delivered a Hospital Bed and Electric Wheelchair to Chua Eng Lye who is staying in Aulong Taiping. Chua EL suffers from chronic nerve problem which hamper his movement. He is due to undergo surgery at University Hospital KL in Jan 23. Thank you Tan See Kiat and son for assisting the delivery from Kuala Lumpur with his lorry. The team were treated to lunch by Chua EL before departing. We wish him a successful operation and a speedy recovery.

On 2 Dec 22 Northern Chapter MACVs visited Khoo Kay Seang at GH Penang. He slipped and fell while climbing staircase to case his vote at his saluran on polling day. He was presented with Fruit basket during the visit. The NC MAVCs also visited Mr Jayabalan, a residence of Mt Erskine Penang who is bed ridden for the last 3 years. Mok Keng Yee presented a RM500.00 Angpow to his wife which was donated by a good Samaritan. On 3 Dec 22, the NC MACVs visited Ricky Thong Keat Hong from Bt Maung Penang at Medilodge Care Center. Khoo Beng Jin presented a RM200.00 Angpow during the visit. The MACVs have taken time off to visit their fellow colleagues, cheering them up and wishing them well. This small gesture shows great camaraderie and comradeship among MACVA members. They also went out to help a fellow Malaysian in need, a very noble gesture. Well done to all who have made the efforts and we wish all of them well and speedy recovery.

On 2 Nov 22 Northern Chapter MACVs visited Chan Kim Lim at Seberang Jaya Hospital and Ronnie Tan Then Sun at Bukit Mertajam Hospital. Lawrence Phoo presented Chan with Fruit basket and Na Weng Kooi presented Ronnie Tan with Fruit basket. Central Region MACVs visited Chau Chun Hoi at his home in Kajang. Steven Liew presented him with Brand's Chechen Essence during the visit. Chau is recovering after treatment at IJN. At HAT Tuanku Mizan in Kuala Lumpur VP RMN Sky CHen visited Tan Sun Hai and presented him with Get Well Angpow and Fruit basket. Tan was admitted for prostate rezum therapy. The MACVs have taken time off to visit their fellow colleagues, cheering them up and wishing them well. This small gesture shows great camaraderie and comradeship among MACVA members. Central Region MACVs led by VP RMAF Steven Lam Hong visited Pui Seng Tai at USJ Height Subang Jaya on 31 Oct 22. During the visit Ku Kim Ling presented with Brand's Chechen Essence. At Port Dickson Hospital Loo Choon Chew visited 84 years old Ong Chong Yan. Sgt Ong, a two time Congo veteran from Taman Tanjong was admitted for stomach pain and constipation. On 19 Oct 22 Anthony Au visited Ng Thian Yew at HAT Tuanku Mizan and presented him with Get Well Angpow. Ng was admitted for prostate rezum procedure. The MACVs have taken time off to visit their fellow colleagues, cheering them up and wishing them well. This small gesture shows great camaraderie and comradeship among MACVA members.
